On Tuesday 11th October 2022, The Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Infrastructure in Rwanda and his counterpart the undersecretary of the South Sudan Ministry of Roads and Bridges witnessed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Rwanda Transport Development Agency (RTDA) and South Sudan Roads Authority (SSRA) which is meant to strengthen and support cooperation between Rwanda and South Soudan in road infrastructures in areas of
· Transport Planning and Development;
· Transport Policy Planning and Transport Master Planning;
· Road Safety and Audit;
· Monitoring and Evaluation of roads infrastructure;
· Technology;
· Capacity building and knowledge sharing etc.
