The Single Project Implementation Unit (SPIU) within RTDA is established to oversee the implementation of a specific project, with the goal of ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Urban transportation and Regional Integration plays a key role in urban and Regional development. It facilitates the smooth movement of goods and people within cities and across the borders.

Road Development and Rehabilitation is one SPIU programs in charge of coordinating road development projects across the country.
The Feeder Roads Development Project (FRDP) aims at robust growth of commercialized and modernized agriculture through export promotion through the improved road accessibility to farms, markets, post-harvest facilities on continuous basis.
The Safeguards and Compliance Program was introduced in 2021 following the observed need in compliance of strengthening the environmental and social requirement and as well enhancing the Occupation Health and Safety at construction sites.
