Road Development and Rehabilitation Program

Road Development and Rehabilitation is one SPIU programs in charge of coordinating road development projects across the country.

Objectives:

  • Implementation of road development projects with focus on the GoR’s strategy;
  • Identify windows of opportunities for further road development across the country.
  • Manage stakeholders engaged in road development program across the country.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the elaboration of strategies, work plans and budget as well as cash flow guiding the implementation of road development.
  • Monitor progress and outcomes of all funded projects of the program
  • Ensuring that technical and financial reports are timely submitted to all stakeholders
  • Making proposals and taking actions to remove bottlenecks.
  • Providing technical and administrative support to implementing partners
  • Review and ensure high quality of technical and financial reports
