Objectives:
- Implementation of road development projects with focus on the GoR’s strategy;
- Identify windows of opportunities for further road development across the country.
- Manage stakeholders engaged in road development program across the country.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the elaboration of strategies, work plans and budget as well as cash flow guiding the implementation of road development.
- Monitor progress and outcomes of all funded projects of the program
- Ensuring that technical and financial reports are timely submitted to all stakeholders
- Making proposals and taking actions to remove bottlenecks.
- Providing technical and administrative support to implementing partners
- Review and ensure high quality of technical and financial reports
