Responsibilities:

• Prepare and implement the plan for action for rehabilitation of district and feeder roads infrastructure
• Lead the development and updating of strategies for District and Feeder Roads network
• Ensuring coordination of all the works for projects related to district and feeder road infrastructure
• To launch and monitor construction works for District and Feeder Roads infrastructure
• Roll-out operational and maintenance plans for development of district and feeder Roads 
• To monitor decentralized local administrative entities activities related to District and Feeder roads infrastructure and provide such entities with technical support
• To collect, process and use statistical data on the District and Feeder Roads network
• To advise the Government on all activities that can speed up the development of District and Feeder roads infrastructure in Rwanda.
• Ensure preservation of District and Feeder roads assets and lead the implementation of strategies to ensure reliable transport infrastructure and services on the network
