Responsibilities
Prepare and implement the plan for action for rehabilitation of district and feeder roads infrastructure
Lead the development and updating of strategies for District and Feeder Roads network
Ensuring coordination of all the works for projects related to district and feeder road infrastructure
To launch and monitor construction works for District and Feeder Roads infrastructure
Roll-out operational and maintenance plans for development of district and feeder Roads
To monitor decentralized local administrative entities activities related to District and Feeder roads infrastructure and provide such entities with technical support.
To collect, process and use statistical data on the District and Feeder Roads network
To advise the Government on all activities that can speed up the development of District and Feeder roads infrastructure in Rwanda.
Ensure preservation of District and Feeder roads assets and lead the implementation of strategies to ensure reliable transport infrastructure and services on the network
